Payments & Refunds

Billing terms, subscription management, and our refund policy.

Summary: All payments to Fita AI are non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store you purchased through, or at our sole discretion. Google Play and Apple subscriptions are cancelled in your store account settings; web (Razorpay) subscriptions are cancelled by emailing hi@fitaai.com.

1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by the provider for your platform — Razorpay (web), Google Play Billing (Android), or Apple (iOS) — as detailed in Section 3. By completing a purchase you agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy in addition to this policy. Fita AI may add further payment gateways in future; their respective terms will apply.

2. Plans Available

  • Trial (Free) — no payment required. AI usage limited. No expiry until quota exhausted.
  • Boost (one-time) — replenishes your Trial quota for 30 days. Non-refundable.
  • Fita Lite (monthly / yearly) — recurring subscription. Access to core AI features with monthly limits.
  • Fita Pro (monthly / yearly) — recurring subscription. Higher limits across all AI features.
  • BYOK (monthly / yearly) — recurring subscription. Unlimited Fita platform usage; you pay your AI provider directly for API usage.

3. Billing Provider

How you are billed depends on where you subscribed: on the web, payments are processed by Razorpay; in the Android app, by Google Play Billing; in any iOS app, by Apple. Purchases made through Google Play or Apple are also governed by that store's terms and refund policy, which prevail where they conflict with this policy.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period and auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled.

  • Google Play / Apple subscriptions: manage or cancel any time in your Google Play or Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Web (Razorpay) subscriptions: to cancel or request an exception, email hi@fitaai.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. No-Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions (no refund for unused portion of any period)
  • One-time Boost payments
  • BYOK plan subscriptions (Fita platform fee only; your AI provider API costs are separate and governed by your provider)
  • Partial-period usage (no prorated refunds for any reason)

6. Exceptional Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may at our sole discretion issue a partial or full refund. To request consideration, email hi@fitaai.com with your account email and reason. Submission does not guarantee a refund. For purchases made through Google Play or Apple, refunds are administered by that store under its own policy.

7. Price and Plan Changes

We may change prices, plan features, usage limits, and entitlements at any time. For recurring subscriptions, a price change takes effect from your next renewal after we give reasonable notice, and you may cancel before it applies. Prices, currencies, taxes, and plan availability are set per region and depend in part on third-party providers (payment processors, the app stores, and our AI vendors), so they may differ between platforms and over time. Continuing a paid plan after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price.

8. No Guarantee of Speed or Quality

Fees pay for access to the Service, not for a specific result. We make no warranty or guarantee as to processing time, speed, uptime, availability, or the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated output. Generation relies on third-party AI providers and shared infrastructure; results and times vary and may be delayed, queued, degraded, or unavailable. Such variation is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

9. BYOK Plan — Important

The BYOK plan covers access to the Fita platform only. API costs charged by your AI provider (Google, OpenAI) are billed directly by that provider and are entirely your responsibility. Fita AI has no visibility into or liability for those costs.

10. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, your plan may be downgraded or suspended. We will notify you by email. To restore access, email hi@fitaai.com or re-subscribe.
