1. Agreement
By using Fita AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 16 or older to use Fita AI.
2. The Service
Fita AI is an AI-powered wardrobe management and personal styling platform. AI-generated outfit suggestions are for inspiration only — they are not professional styling, fashion, or personal shopping advice. Fita AI makes no guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
3. Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One account per person.
4. Your Content
You own your uploaded photos and content. By uploading, you grant Fita AI a limited licence to process and store your content to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not sell your content.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
- Share account access with others
6. AI and Third-Party Providers
The Service uses third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI). By using the Service you acknowledge that your content is processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy. For BYOK users, see Section 7.
7. BYOK Plan — Bring Your Own API Key
If you subscribe to the BYOK plan:
- You provide API keys for one or both supported AI providers (Google, OpenAI)
- You are solely responsible for: (a) the cost of API usage charged by those providers; (b) compliance with those providers' own terms of service; (c) keeping your keys secure
- Fita AI stores your keys encrypted and uses them only to fulfil your requests within the Service
- Fita AI is not liable for any charges, suspensions, or actions by your AI provider related to your key usage
- If you remove your keys, AI features that require them will stop working
8. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are subject to our Payments & Refunds Policy at fitaai.com/payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Razorpay's Terms of Use apply to all transactions. Subscriptions continue until cancelled or terminated. To cancel or request an exception, email hi@fitaai.com.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hi@fitaai.com.
10. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". FITA AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITA AI'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
